Contact Technical Diagrams

Technical Diagrams is maintained by Tom Granot as an open-source reference project. The public GitHub repository is the contact channel for questions, diagram corrections, accessibility problems, documentation gaps, and feature requests. There is no sales team, account setup, or paid support requirement.

Open an issue with the diagram URL, what you expected, and what happened. For a visual problem, include the relevant viewport size, theme, and a screenshot if you can. A small scene or preset that reproduces the issue helps a contributor investigate it. Remove confidential labels, system names, access tokens, and customer data before posting: GitHub issues are public.

For changes to a recipe or its score, explain the use case and provide a before-and-after example. Scores should reflect the published rubric. A pull request can include the source change, reasoning, and any checks you ran. The contributor guide explains the review process and attribution.

Responses depend on maintainer availability; the project does not promise a support response time. We do not publish a business address or telephone number for this software project. If a concern contains sensitive information, avoid posting those details publicly and first ask for a suitable private contact route.
